  • 1 Large pineapple
  • Ginger nectar
  • Coconut dust
  • Cream (which is obtained from oat, rice or coconuts)
  1. Slice the pineapple to sizes that could fit in a blender and put them in fridge for an hour. Pineapple peelings contain lots of vitamins and minerals. 

  2. You can use its peelings after you boil them in a saucepan for ten minutes by adding them to your drink in order to increase nutritive value of your drink. 

  3. After you let the pineapple cool, put them in a blender. Add ginger nectar with a little tea cup, add one spoon of coconut dust and cream. 

  4. You can add pure stevia to your mixture before you turn on the blender or you can use it just as a garnish. Normally, we suggest you to add some milk in your mixture if you are interested in sports in order to increase the protein level of the mixture. But in this recipe, because it is a tropical one, we do not suggest milk. 

  5. Put your mixture in a big glass and garnish your drink with a mint leaf and your yellow smoothie recipe is ready to drink.
