Ingredients
  • 1 or 2 squashes
  • 1 spoon of ginger dust
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 200 ml half skimmed goat milk
  • 1 spoon of fruit yogurt
Instructions
  1. Peel of the squashes and put them into your deep freezer. Wait for 3 hours and you can prepare the other materials while waiting. 

  2. Fruit yogurt is optional but we suggest strawberry yogurt. 

  3. Put a spoon of fruit yogurt and 200ml half skimmed goat milk to a blender. 

  4. Mix them until it reaches a proper consistence. Take them into a different big wide plate. After that you can take the squashes which have already been frozen. 

  5. Add them to the blender and mix them until it gets liquid. And it’s time to compound our materials. Put the caramelized milk and yogurt mix to the blender when the squash liquid in it. Then, put a pinch of dill and a spoon of ginger dust. Mix them again carefully. 

  6. You can add some ice cubes in order to obtain a colder drink and decrease its intensity. Put the mix that you have prepared into a big glass and garnish it with three mint leaves. And your Squash Smoothie Recipe is ready to drink, please enjoy it.
