Ingredients

  • 100 ml rosehip marmalade
  • 1 tea spoon of cinnamon dust
  • 2 pinches of fennel
  • 200 ml half skimmed cow milk
  • Half spoon of fruit yogurt

Instructions

  1. First of all, we need to dilute a little our rosehip marmalade because it is too intense for our smoothie. For that, put the rosehip marmalade into the blender and add some warm water. We use warm water because we don’t want to lose the taste of marmalade. Mix it for a while and put it to the refrigerator. While it’s cooling down you can prepare caramelized mix.

  2. Put 200ml half skimmed cow milk and half spoon of fruit yogurt (you choose the fruit that you think goes with your taste) into the blender. Mix them until they caramelized. After that add a spoon of cinnamon powder and mix them. It’s time to add our rosehip marmalade. Mix them again. 

  3. Put the mix that you have prepared into a big wide glass. You can garnish it with two pinches of fennel. Remember, fennel is not only for garnishing but also it is healthy and gets much tastier as long as it waits.
