Rambutan Smoothie Recipe is easy to prepare and that is why we decided to share it with you for a quick preparation of a drink for you guests. Rambutan is a tropical fruit which is called Cryptography in Latin. It is as big as an apple and it tastes like underripe grape. In order rambutan to grow, climate must be moist so it needs totally a tropical climate. With mineral iron it has in its content, it helps body to generate hemoglobin. If the ratio of mineral iron decreases in your body, due to your blood cells cannot carry enough oxygen, all other cells will not work properly. Rambutan which is rich in terms of vitamin C, it contains vegetable protein that contains high amount of nitrogen. It is used on treatment of dysentery. Here is a smoothie recipe that contains this monster looking but very beneficial fruit rambutan.

  • 15 Rambutans
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • 1 cup of fruit yogurt
  • A half of a cucumber
  • 1 spoon of vanilla flavored ice cream
  1. Peel of rambutans’s rinds very carefully without harming the fruit. Scour the rambutans you cleaned carefully with grapes. 

  2. Put them in a blender. Add 1 cup of fruit yogurt and mix them together. 

  3. It is up to you whether you peel the rind of the cucumber but make sure you have scoured it well and remove the head. 

  4. Grate it into the mix you prepared and mix the drink after you add the vanilla flavored ice cream. You can add some ice cubes and mix your drink for the last time in order to obtain a colder drink.
