  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 spoon of ginger dust
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 small bowl of yogurt
  1. First of all we need to slice our pomegranate into two pieces. Then, squeeze them carefully. If you are so pernickety about the seeds, you should strive more and use a mesh strainer. 

  2. After squeezing the pomegranate, put it in a glass. Put a small bowl of yogurt (if you like fruit yogurt more, you can use whatever you want) and a glass of coconut milk to a blender. 

  3. Mix them. After that you can add a spoon of ginger dust and mix them again. Finally add the pomegranate juice to the caramelized mix. If you prefer not to jumble them together, do not mix them. 

  4. This way your caramelized mix would be cumulate at the bottom of the glass and pomegranate juice would be at the top of the glass. This would be a different garnishing.
