Lychee Smoothie Recipe
Lychee Smoothie Recipe is one of the awesome drinks which you can drink whenever you want regardless of time. We believe that you will love this smoothie and be addicted to it
- 200 gr lychee
- 50 gr blackberry
- 5 big strawberries
- 2 glasses of half skimmed cow milk
- 2 spoons of yogurt
- 1 spoon of molasses whipped with egg white
At first, scour the lychees well. Then peel their rinds off. Slice the blackberries and the strawberries into halves after scouring them and removing their stems.
Put fruit slices into freezer. While the fruit slices are being frozen, put two glasses of half skimmed cow milk and two spoons of yogurt in a blender.
Add frozen lychee, strawberry and blackberry slices and a spoon of molasses whipped with egg white in blender and mix all ingredients together. If you do not like this kind of molasses, you can use grape molasses.
After adding some ice cubes in order to make your drink colder, mix it for the last time.
