Jerusalem Artichoke Smoothie Recipe
- 300 gr Jerusalem artichoke
- 1 glass of half skimmed cow milk
- 1 spoon of yogurt
- 1 pinch of dill
- 1 spoon of lime juice
- 4 or 5 mint leaves
First of all, you need to slice 300gr Jerusalem artichoke into its quarters after you have scoured it well. Then, put it to the freezer and wait until it gets cold.
