- 1 cup of fennel tea
- 1 pinch of green tea leaves
- 1 tea spoon of black pepper
- 1 spoon of lime juice
- 3 oranges
- 2 mint leaves
At first you have to prepare a cup of fennel tea. Crumble some fennel seeds and soak them for at least half an hour. While it is being soaked, slice the oranges into halves and squeeze them.
You can use their pulp if you wish. After the fennel tea is ready to use, put it in a blender with orange juice and add a spoon of lime juice.
Then mix them together and add a tea spoon of black pepper and a pinch of green tea leaves. After adding two mint leaves and adding some ice cubes into the mix that you have prepared, mix it for the last time.
