  • 1 durian
  • 2 spoon of fruit yogurt
  • 1 glass of half skimmed milk
  • 3-2 walnuts
  • 1 pine kernel


  1. Open the durian and clean its rinds. Then put it in fridge and wait for it to cool down. Even you can frost them. Then crumble the walnuts and the pine kernel and mix them with a glass of skimmed milk and add the yogurt in your mix. 

  2. Then, slice the durian pieces into smaller pieces and put the pieces in the mix you prepared. Put the mix in a blender and mix it. You can add some ice cubes if you wish in order to make it colder. Put it in a big glass and your Durian Smoothie Recipe is ready to drink. We hope you will like it.
