  • 0.5 a plate of ice
  • ¾ cup of infused drip coffee
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 spoons of organic yogurt
  • 1 caddy spoon of vanilla extract
  1. At first, in order to obtain a proper drink, mix the frozen banana with yogurt in a blender and let them mix well. 

  2. After you mix them together, add the cacao and the vanilla extract and mix it again. 

  3. Lastly, add the drip coffee and the ice into your mix and mix it again. 

  4. We suggest that you consume this drink before you do exercise because it will warm you and give you extra energy because of the coffee in it.
