  • 200 gr cherry
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 glasses of half skimmed cow milk
  • 1 spoon of fruit yogurt
  • 1 tea spoon of ginger powder
  • tea spoon of cinnamon powder


  1. Scour the cherries and remove their stems. Then slice them into halves and remove their seeds.

  2. Peel of kiwi’s rinds and scour them. Then slice kiwis into quarters and remove the heads of them.

  3. Put the kiwi and cherry slices in freezer and wait for them to freeze. While the fruits are being frozen, put 200 ml half skimmed cow milk and a spoon of fruit yogurt in a blender with a tea spoon of ginger powder and a tea spoon of cinnamon powder.

  4. After adding frozen fruits into the blender, mix them well. 

  5. Add some ice cubes into the mix that you have prepared in order to make it colder. Put your drink in a big glass; garnish it with a mint leaf and a slice of lemon rind then your Cherry Smoothie Recipe is ready, please enjoy it.
