- 2 cups of chaste tea
- 5 or 6 daisies
- 1 dried fig
- 5 dried apricots
- half handful of dried grapes
- 200 ml of half skimmed cow milk
- 1 table spoon of fruit yogurt
In order to prepare two cups of chaste tea, you need to soak 50gr chaste flowers in boiled water at least for thirty minutes. After the tea is ready, wait for it to cool down.
While the tea is cooling down, slice the fig into little cubes. Slice the apricots too. Then put the apricot and the fig slices in freezer with a half handful of dried grapes.
While the fruit pieces are being frozen, put 200ml of half skimmed cow milk and a table spoon of yogurt and 5 daisies in a blender and mix them.
