Ingredients
  • 200 gr celery
  • Half glass of orange juice
  • 1 pinch of dry mint
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • 1 glass of half skimmed cow milk
  • 3 spoon of yogurt
Instructions
  1. First of all, peel of the celery and separate its stem and the leaves. Put the leaves into a plate for garnishing at the last step. 

  2. Slice the celery into small pieces and boil them. 

  3. While boiling process going on, you can make your caramelized mix. Put a glass of half skimmed cow milk and three spoons of yogurt to a blender and mix them.  

  4. After that, add the pinches of dry mint and dill. Mix them again and put them in a big glass. When the celery has boiled, put it to the blender and mix it until gets pulped. 

  5. Lastly, take your caramelized mix and add it into the blender. Mix them all, again. Put your drink into a big wide glass and add some ice cubes. 

  6. Now it is time to garnish our drink with the celery leaves that we separate before. Your Celery Smoothie Recipe is ready to drink and you can drink this beverage twice a day.
