Ingredients
  • 400 gr cauliflower
  • Half glass of carrot juice
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 pinch of dry thyme
  • 3 leaves of fresh mint
  • Half glass of half skimmed cow milk
  • 2 spoons of yogurt
Instructions
  1. Firstly, we need to boil our 400 gr. of cauliflower. Cauliflower mustn’t be raw. It must be well boiled. So, it could be take 20 minutes. In this time, we can be interested with other materials. 

  2. Put half glass of half skimmed milk and two spoons of yogurt to a blender and mix them. After that, add a pinch of dry thyme and a pinch of parsley. 

  3. Mix them again. It is time to add half glass of carrot juice. You should mix them step by step. Put your caramelized mix to s big glass.  

  4. When cauliflower has boiled, put them to the blender. Mix them well until it gets pulped. Add the caramelized mix into the blender. Mix them all.
