Ingredients
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 ml of orange juice
  • 50 ml of apple juice
  • 1 glass of milk
Instructions
  1. Firstly before you use carrots make sure you have scoured them well and peeled its rinds.

  2. Then get rid of its heads. Then remove the cucumbers heads. It is up to you whether you peel of its rind. 

  3. Put the orange and the apple juice in a blender and add carrots and the cucumber.
