- 5 carobs
- 1 pineapple
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 100 ml of half skimmed cow milk
- 1 spoon of fruit yogurt
You need to break the carobs into little pieces before you use them in your smoothie.
After you have peeled off the pineapple carefully without harming its eatable parts, slice it into little cubes and put the slices in freezer.
While the pineapple slices are being frozen, put 100ml of coconut milk, 100ml of half skimmed cow milk and a spoon of fruit yogurt in a blender and mix them together.
Then, put the carob and the pineapple slices that have already been frozen into the mix that you have prepared and mix it again.
