- 2 or 3 fingers of Buddha’s hand
- 200ml orange juice
- 1 tea spoon of lime juice
- 1 pinch of parsleys
- 1 or 2 mint leaves
- 1 glass of half skimmed cow milk
Peel of the Buddha’s hand’s fingers and slice them into little pieces after you have scoured them. Let them wait in the fridge to cool them down or directly put them in the freezer.
Put 200ml orange juice, a pinch of parsleys, mint leaves and a glass of half skimmed cow milk in a blender and add the lime juice.
