With a smoothie that contains this miracle vegetable will keep you healthy. Here is the broccoli smoothie recipe.

Ingredients
  • 400 gr broccoli
  • 100 gr conserved sweet pea
  • Half of 1 avocado
  • 1 spoon of pumpkin seed
  • 1 spoon of sunflower seed
  • 3 leaves of mint
  • 200 ml skimmed cow milk
  • 1 spoon of fruit yogurt
Instructions
  1. First of all we need to boil 400 gr. broccoli for 20 minutes. While it is boiling you can peel off avocado’s rind and take the seeds out.Use the half of it and chop up some pieces.  

  2. Then put them in refrigerator by putting them in a plate. While it’s cooling down you can prepare milk and fruit yogurt mix. Put 200ml half skimmed cow milk and a spoon of fruit yogurt (you can choose a fruit that you think goes with your taste) to the blender and mix them. 

  3. When broccoli is boiled, put it to the fridge and wait for a while. Then you can add a spoon of pumpkin seed and a spoon of sunflower seed into the caramelized mix. Because of they are solid, make sure that they have gotten pulverized while you are mixing. 

  4. Lastly, add boiled broccoli, 100 gr. conserved sweet pea and cold avocado. And mix them again. Put the mix that you have prepared into a big glass and garnish it with three mint leaves and you can also add ice cubes. your Broccoli Smoothie Recipe is ready.
