Breakfast Power Smoothie (Vegan)

I always try to consume something healthy for breakfast. It could be this carrot beetroot detox juice, lemon honey water, one of my green smoothies or this breakfast power smoothies.

You know what goes in this breakfast power smoothie? Apple, strawberries, spinach, banana and flaxseeds. I use almond milk that makes it so delicious. It also makes it a vegan, dairy free and gluten free, a super healthy drink.

I know, banana sounds weird with spinach but believe me you can’t really taste the spinach. All you can taste is the sweet and rich flavor of banana. NO taste of spinach at all!

Breakfast Power Smoothie (Vegan)

This power smoothie is a great way to consume decent breakfast in the morning that is quick to make. Banana, spinach and apple are blended in one round and poured into the glasses first. Then you make the second layer of banana and strawberries.

Enjoy this breakfast power smoothie as a decent breakfast or post workout meal. With ingredients like apple, spinach, banana and strawberries, this smoothie is not only healthy but so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 large Bananas
  • 1/2 large Apple
  • 7 large Strawberries
  • 7 leaves Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds ground

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 banana, spinach, apple, 1/4 cup almond milk, flax in a blender. Mix well. Pour in 2 glasses.

  2. Blend 1 banana, 1/4 cup almond milk, strawberries in the same blender. Pour on top of the spinach mix.
