  • 200 gr natural black mulberry
  • 100 gr green plum
  • 1 tea spoon of ground nutmeg
  • 2 table spoon of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 glass of half skimmed cow milk
  • 4 leaves of fresh mint
  1. First of all, you need to put the green plum’s seeds out. Then, you should carefully clean the black mulberries. After that, put them into the freezer to cool them. 

  2. Meanwhile, you can prepare your caramelized mix. Put a glass of half skimmed cow milk (you can also use almond milk) and two table spoons of vanilla ice cream into a blender. Mix them until they get caramelized. Then, add a tea spoon of ground nutmeg. Mix them again.

  3. For the last step, you can take your fruits out of the freezer. And add them into the blender. Mix your all materials for the last time.
