- 2 cups of bay leaf tea
- 3 cups of half skimmed cow milk
- 10 plums (medium size)
- 1 table spoon of fruit yogurt
- 1 table spoon of lime juice
- 2 drops of coconut oil
First of all, you need 50gr bay leaves to prepare a bay leaf tea. It needs to be soaked at least for thirty minutes.
Peel off plums’ rinds and remove their seeds after slicing them into halves. Then put them in freezer in order to frost them.
While the plums are being frozen, put three cups of half skimmed cow milk, a table spoon of fruit yogurt, a table spoon of lime juice and two drops of coconut oil in a blender and mix these ingredients together.
Add the bay leaf tea after it cooled down. Add the plum slices that have already been frozen and mix your drink again.
Add some ice cubes in order to obtain a colder drink. Remember, if you want a fluid consistence, add more ice cubes but if you want your drink to has a creamy consistence, add one or two more table spoons of yogurt.
