Ingredients
  • 200 ml half skimmed milk
  • 2 mature avocados
  • 2 spoons of half skimmed yogurt
  • A quarter of a green apple
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 spoon of honey
Instructions
  1. Slice the avocados into little cubes after cleaning its seeds and peeling them off. 

  2. Slice an apple into quarters and use one slice of it. You can keep the rind if you wish. Clean the mint leaves very carefully. 

  3. Put milk, avocado slices, and two spoons of half skimmed yogurt, the apple slice, mint leaves and honey into a blender and mix them all together. 

  4. You can add some ice cubes in order to obtain a colder drink. Reduce the mint ratio in order to decrease its intensity.
