- 7 or 8 aubergines
- 1 pinch of arugula
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 4 kiwis
- 1 tea spoon of sesame oil
At the first step, you need to peel of the auberginesā rinds and remove the bottom stem of them in order to squeeze them. Make sure you have scoured them well before you squeeze them.
