Ingredients

  • 2 cl. of Pernod
  • 2 cl. of Gin
  • 2 cl. of Dry Vermouth
  • 2 drops of orange liqueur

Instructions

  1. You need to shake 2 cl. of Pernod, 2 cl. of Gin, 2cl. of Dry Vermouth and two drops of orange liqueur in a glass cocktail shaker. Add some ice cubes before you shake but avoid using too much of them. Water will erase the other ingredient’s taste and lower the alcoholic strength of the cocktail. 

  2. After shaking your drink well, put it in a cocktail glass which has been already cooled. Remember to always cool down the glasses in which you think you will serve the cocktail that you have prepared. Keep the ice in the shaker. You do not need a pipe with this drink.
