  • 1 red apple
  • 1 small sized banana
  • Half a glass of rolled oats
  • Half a caddy spoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 glass of yogurt

  1. At first, slice the apple and the banana and let them wait in your fridge for at least an hour in order to obtain a colder drink. 

  2. After you take them from the fridge, chop them up in a blender.Later, add the yogurt and mix them together.
