Ingredients4 Roma tomatoes
1 red onion
1 birds eye chilli
3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1-2 tablespoons lime juice 1/2 teaspoon salt |

Cooking Steps
Cut the tomatoes in half horizontally and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Finely chop the tomato flesh and the onion.
Wearing plastic gloves, cut the chilli in half. Remove the membrane and seeds and finely slice the flesh.
Mix together all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Tips
Choose Ripe Tomato with red color flatens in all parts. If held, the tomato still hard enough, not too soft. To peel it, slice traverses the point and soak in hot boiled water for a moment until get peeled off. Lift and peel tomato's cuticle then thin slice.
