Cooking Steps
Thin Slice Meat Size of 2 x 4 cm. Stir sliced meat with mixed soaking content. Heat cooking oil in under high heat, saute until the meat change color. Pour water, put garlic, cook until boil. Reduce the heat, keep cooking until the meat ripe ( +- 30 minutes ). Add salt, pepper, and sugar, stir.
Ravioli Content: Mince mushroom, mix with tofu, kimchi, mince meat, and salt, stir well. Put bean sprout, green garlic onion, garlic, sesame, sesame oil and pepper.

Take 1 sheet eggroll skin, fold half of skin make into bag shape. Put the middle part with 2 teaspoon content dough. Wet through the edge of eggroll skin with water, close edge skin. Repeat until the ingredients empty. |

Put ravioli in broth pan. Cook ravioli until ripe and float ( +- 4 minutes ) |

Put the soup in bowl. Spread with green onion and sliced omelette. Serve while warm. |
