Description

A combination of shrimp, korean peer, cucumber and pine nut from korean style. It's rather like fruit salad, but added shrimp.

Preparation

Ingredients

300 g medium size shrimp
50 g big celery
100 g green cucumber
200 g korean peer (nashi)
2 teaspoon sugar
1 radish fruit
2 teaspoon vinegar 5%
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard

sauce
60 g roasted pine nut
2 tablespoon milk
1/8 teaspoon salt

Cooking Steps

Pine Nut Shrimp -1 peel shrimp skin, remove tail and head. Cut back of shrimp, remove the black fiber from the back. Steam shrimp until change color, lift and left aside.
Slice diagonally celery size of 1/2 cm. Cut cucumber into 2 pieces, slice with 1/2 cm thickness.

Peel peer, slice with the same size as cucumber or as desire. Spread sliced peer with sugar, left aside. Cut radish into 2 pieces, slice size of 1/2 cm
Sauce : Mix all sauce ingredients, stir well. Put into blender, blend until become soft pasta, lift and left aside.

Mix vinegar, salt, and mustard in plate or some place. Put shrimp, cucumber, peer, and radish in big bowl. Add mixed vinegar and sauce, stir well. Move to plate, serve it.
