Slice diagonally sukini size of 5 cm. Remove the seed. Soak the cutted sukini in mixed water and salt till penetrate. (+- 30 minutes) |
| Soak mushroom in hot water until soft, squeeze teh soaking water, clean it. Remove mushroom stalk, mince the mushroom. Mix mince mushroom, mince meat, and soaking ingredients, stir well. Left aside so the spice absorbed (+-30 minutes) |

| Heat Cooking Oil in frying pan under high heat, put mixed mince meat. Saute until the meat ripe (+- 2 - 3 minutes), lift. | |

Leak sukini and soaking water. Dry inside sukini with kitchen tissue until really dry. Put the ingredients inside sukini's hole, till the ingredients empty, left aside. |

Mix salty soy sauce, and broth in pan. Put under medium heat until boiled. Put the sukini in pan, cook until ripe. Keep pour sukini with soaking water while cooking until sukini become soft. |
| Lift Sukini from pan, serve on plate. Spread the surface with sliced omelette and red chilli. Serve it. |
