Fish Burger
300 grams mackerel, chopped 1 tea spoon salt 1 tea spoon pepper powder 49 grams peeling bit or carrot, chopped 30 grams pickles, chopped 75 grams leek, chopped 1 egg 2 white eggs 50 grams bread crumbs

Cooking Steps
Mix sugar, lime water, and stock/ boiling water. Stir well. Put in ginger, rice, and anchovy.
Mold 2/3 part of rice with vegetable’s spoon diameter 9 cm, compact enough. Spread 1/3 part of rice on pan, compact until the thickness is 1 cm. cut with rounded mold (diameter 9 cm).
Fish burger: mix mackerel, salt, and pepper powder. Stir well. Squeeze (5 minutes) until mackerel pulverized. Add bit/ carrot, pickle, leek, and egg, stir well. Mold round flat diameter 9 cm and thickness 1 cm. basting with white egg then cover it with bread crumbs.
Heat cooking oil on medium heat. Put in fish burger, fried both sides until golden; lift up.
Put fish burger on the top of rounded rice; add lettuce, salad, and alfalfa sprouts. Cover with half-shaped rice ball.
