Ingredients

Sushi Rice Ingredients

300 gr rice , wash clean
400 ml water


Mixing ingredients (Stir regularly)

4 teaspoon rice vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt


Complement Ingredients


1 nori sheet
1/2 avocado , slice longitudinally
1omellete , cut longitudinally
 

How Tos & Summary

Cooking Steps

Sushi Rice: boil water , put rice . Sitr until soaked in.Steam for 45 minutes until cooked

Measure 700 g warm white rice . Add mixing ingredients , stir regularly , separate it

Prepare bamboo plait . Cover it with nori
Take 150 g Sushi rice, flat rice on the nori while condense it
Put omellete slice and avocado , roll and condense it , Cut it, serve it with kikkoman and wasabi

Summary

Don't scratch avocado till it's skin to make it not bitter
