1000 ml water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil

Sauce Ingredients

3 Tomato
1/2 leek, mince softly
100 g milled chicken
150 g white soybean curd,soften it
3 table spoon tomato sauce
2 1/2 table spoon tomato pasta
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon oregano tea
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 table spoon oil for sauting

Cooking Steps

1. boil water, salt and oil. Put fettucini. Boil unti cooked. Lift and leak it
2. Sauce : Boil tomato in 400 ml water until withered. Lift , peel . discard the seed and soften it. Measure 350 ml tomato boiled water
3. Saute leek until fragrant. Add milled chicken. Stir until the color is change. Add soybean curd. Stir regularly
4. Add tomato sauce, tomato pasta and boiled tomato. Stir regularly
5. Add tomato boiled water, salt, pepper powder and sugar. Cook until thick. Add oregano and basil, Stir regularly, lift
6. Serve fettucini with it sauces

 

 

Summary

After adding oregano and basil don't cook too long to make the aroma not vanish
