Cooking Steps
mix rice and soft rice, washed out then soaks during 2 hours, leak.
Mix lemonade and turmeric water then scramble rice and soft rice mixture.
Cook of coconut mink with salt, screw pine leaf and orange leaf until boils.
Enters rice mixture into boiled coconut mink, pokes at until water is permeated and half matured.
Rice steam until matured (± 1 hour).
After matured, exit from boiler, put in tampah and pokes and faned until loses its vapour. While rice is still warm, can be modeled form of tumpeng (trapeze) and decorated with slice Ommelete, slice red pepper, Sambal Goreng Kering Tempe, Bean, Prawn Fries, Chicken Fries, slice of cucumber, and Kemangi Leaf.
