4 mackerel (450 g), slice it
1 teaspoon lemon water
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoon oil for sauting

Soft spice
3 Onions
3 garlics
1 1/2 teaspoon coriander
4 curly red chilli
1/2 teaspoon salt

How Tos & Summary

Cooking Steps

Smear mackerel with lemon water and salt,separate it
Saute soft spice until fragrant
Lift,add sweet soy sauce,
stir regularly

Smear mackerel with spice, and wait for 15 minutes

Roast it and smear it with spice remains until roasted

 

Summary

If you afraid the fish will sticky or broken , use banana leaf as cover

Tips

  • Choose Ripe Tomato with red color flatens in all parts. If held, the tomato still hard enough, not too soft. To peel it,  slice traverses the point and soak in hot boiled water for a moment until get peeled off. Lift and peel tomato's cuticle then thin slice.
