Description

450 g Medium protein flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
200 g sugar
75 g cold tasteless butter
3 eggs , shake free
300 ml liquid milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilli essences
40 g chocolate powder and 5 tablespoon hot water , dissolve it

Cooking Steps

1. Sift flour and baking powder. Add salt and sugar . Stir regularly. Add tasteless butter. Stir until granulous

2. Mix egg , liquid milk, and vanilli essence. Stir regularly. Pour into flour mixing. Stir regularly

3. Take 1/3 part of dough. Add chocolate powder solvent. Stir regularly , let the rest is white

4. Pour half white part into high muffin mold covered by paper cup. Flatten it. Pour chocolate dough. Close white dough

5. Put into oven for 25 minutes with 190 celcius degree
