Preparation

Ingredients

750 g Cow Rib
2.5 L water
6 orange leaf , discard the venation
2 lemon-grass stem , take the white , contuse it
6 cm cassia
6 cloves
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon java acid and 1 tablespoon water, dissolve it
2 table spoon oil for sauting
fried red onion for sprinkle
 

Light Spice

12 red onion
5 garlics
3 Kluwak nuts, pour boiling water over it
2 teaspoon corriander
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 candlenuts
2 cm turmeric

How Tos & Summary

Cooking Steps

1. Boil cow rib, orange leaf, lemon-grass, cassia and clove until cooked
2. Saute light spice until fragrant. Pour into boiled cow rib. Add salt and sugar. Cook until done and tender
3. When about to lift, add acid water , Stir regularly , Lift it
4. Serve it with fried red onion sprinkle

 

 

Summary

You can also use goat rib for konro soup also
