600 g Tuna , Chop it
1 lemon grass . Take the white , contuse it
1/2 turmeric
3 tomato , chop it
15 stem of basil, take the leaf
1 1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1000 ml water

Light Spice

10 red chilli
8 red onion
5 candle nut
2 cm gingers + 2 cm turmeric , burn it
1 cm galangale

How Tos & Summary

Cooking Steps

1. Smear Tuna with 1/2 teaspoon lemon water. Fry until skinny

2. Mix all ingredients and 100 ml water ( from 1000 ml water) into pan. Let tomato discharge the water

3. Boil while water is poured little by little into light fire until soaked in
