Chicken Croquettes provided chicken in potatoes dough. Usually served in relaxing times for family evening snack.

Ingredients

500 g potato, fries and refines while hot
2 tablespoon milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon peppercorn
2 item egg
200 g panir flour
oil to fry

Content Dough:
200 g chicken meat, chops up
2 piece of carrot, small dice cut
3 item shallot
1 garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
125 cc water

Cooking Steps

Mix smooth potato with milk, salt, peppercorn, nutmeg and 1 item egg. Stir together until mixed up. Casts aside.

Create content dough, heat butter in frying pan, saute shallot and garlic with high temperature until smell fragrance. Enters chicken meat and carrot, stir.
