Description

Baked Macaroni using macaroni baked with cheese and cornet taste crispy outside and soft inside. A must try for cheese lover. One of my favorite recipe try to make it at special time only because can make you fat fastly if you eat everyday.

Ingredients

2 tablespoon margarine to saute
2 clove garlic, soft slice
1/2 onion, soft slice
4 tablespoon all purpose flour medium protein
600 ml liquid milk
6 eggs, shake
100 gr long macaroni
100 gr cornet
1 teaspoon salt
100 gr gratin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
75 gr gratin for sowing

Cooking Steps

Saute garlic and onion until fragrant

Add all purpose flour. Stir until granulous.

Pour liquid milk slowly while stiring until smooth. Lift and add eggs, stir well.
Put macaroni, cornet, gratin, salt, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, and tomato sauce. Stir well

Put in buttered heat resisting dish. Sow with gratin.
  Put dish in bigger brass given few water

Put in oven for 70 minutes with 170o Celcius

Summary

Stir egg well enough to make macaroni perfect ripe.
