Description

Aceh is one of Indonesian Territory in Sumatra. Aceh fried noodle is one of the most famous noodle in Indonesia. What makes it unique is the meat is goat meat combine with cow broth and curry powder.

Preparation

Ingredients

300 gr big size noodle
1 tomatoe, sliced
100 gr goat meat, square cut,1/2 cm
1 3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
150 gr bean sprout
1 stick onion leaf.cut 1cm
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoon cooking oil for sauting
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
150 ml cow broth

Soft Sauce
3 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 piece of pecan, roasted
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon saffron powder

How Tos & Summary

Cooking Steps

Saute soft sauce until fragrance. Add tomatoe. Stir until withered. Add goat meat. Stir until the color change.Add salt and sugar. Stir well
Pour cow broth. Close pan then cook until the meat become soft
Add noodle, onion leaf, chilli sauce, and curry powder. Stir well
Spread bean sprout, stir until the sauce absorbed.

 

Summary

Cut the goat meat into small piece to make it soft although sauting.
