Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas 5. Make your sponge recipe, then place 18 paper cases into your muffin tins. Evenly spoon the mixture into your paper cases.
If you cook them for too long, though, they will just go dry so keep an eye on them. Remove the cakes from the tins and let them cool on a rack.
