Ingredients

1/2 chicken, cut 10 sections
1/2 teaspoon lemon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 garlics, chop finely
2 cm ginger , contuse it
1/2 leek , cut and make cube form
3 dry chilli, cut longitudinaly
100 g straw mushroom , split into halves
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon chilli sauce
1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salty soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
300 ml water
1 teaspoon corn flour and 1 tablespoon
water , dissolve it for coagulator
100 g cashew nut. Fry until cooked
1/4 teaspoon lemon water
1 tablespoon oil for sauting

Cooking Steps

Smear chicken with lemon water and salt.Wait for 15 minutes.
Fry until it turned yellow
Saute garlic till fragrant. put ginger,leek, and dry chilli,
stir until withered
Put chicken and straw mushroom, stir regularly
Mix oyster sauce,chilli sauce,sweet soy sauce,salt soy sauce,
pepper powder and half of water. stir regularly, pour
into sauted chicken. cook on the small fire until soaked in

Pour the remaining water. Cook chicken until done. Add
corn flour solvent, cashew nut, lemon water , stir
regularly then lift

Summary

Fry chicken with hot and lot oil to make the chicken more skinny before the broth is out
