Cooking Steps
Put the sugar and 125 ml water into a pan and boil until 2 minutes. Wait and dissolve lemon concentrate and salt.
Put into glass and add about 1 litre water.
Add mint leaf and sliced lemon. Fill with ice, stir, and serve

Tips
One of British Christmas delicious drink is gin sloe, made of blackthorn which collected in hedge plant after first frost temperature in autumn.
If difficult to get, blueberry can be good substitution.
