400 g chicken fillet thigh, cut longitudinally
1/2 teaspoon lemon water
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish soy sauce
3/4 leek ( 75 g) Cut longitudinally , saute for a while , then lift
3/4 green bell pep (75 g), cut longitudinaly and wide, saute for
      a while, then lift
3 garlics, chopped finely
1/4 Leek, cut longitudinaly
1/4 red bell pep, cut longitudinaly
100 g straw mushroom, cut longitudinaly
5 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fish soy sauce
2 teaspoon tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
300 ml water
1 teaspoon corn flour and 1 tablespoon of water,
   dissolve for coagulation
2 tablespoon of oil for sauting

Cooking Steps

Smear the chicken with lemon water, salt,oyster sauce, and
fish sauce. wait for 30 minutes
Saute the garlic until fragrant.add leek and red bell pep.
stir until half withered
Add chicken and straw mushroom, stir until the color changed.add oyster sauce,fish sauce,tomato sauce,pepper powder,stir regulary
Pour water little by little, cook the chicken until done. add the
sauted leek and green bell pep. stir regularly.
Coagulate it with corn flour solvent.cook until boiled

dispose chicken skin to make sauted dish not too greasy
