Old traditonal caramel pudding with chocolate on top for serving, taste sweet and soft.

Ingredients

Caramel Ingredients:
100 gr sugar
50 ml water

Pudding Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon vanilla essence
60 gr sugar
400 ml liquid milk

Cooking Steps

  Caramel, deflate sugar. Pour water slowly while stirring until dissolve.
pudding Pour on base of heat resisting dish with diameter 6cm buttered.

Pudding, shake egg, salt, vanilla essence, and sugar. Pour milk slowly while shaking.
Pour above caramel. Put brass which given a few water
  Put in oven for 60 minutes with 160o Celcius.
