50 g cold tasteless butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 g palm sugar
1 teaspoon spekkoek spice
150 ml liquid milk
1 egg
15 g canari, slice longitudinaly for sprinkle

Cooking Steps

1. Sift flour, baking powder , and spekkoek spice. Add salt and palm sugar, stir regularly. add tasteless butter. Stir until granulous
2. Shake egg and liquid milk. Pour into flour mixing. Stir regularly
3. Pour into paper cup. Sprinkle canari
4. Put into oven with 190 celcius degree

 

 

Summary

Choose thick paper cup so it won't absorb to much oil
