Ingredients

1 1/2 Chinese Soybean Curd, Cut 4 x 2 x 2 cm
1 tomato , cut it
1 onion stem , cut 2 cm
6 orange leafs , discard the venation
1 table spoon tauco ( salted soy bean)
2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tea spoon acid water + 50 ml water
2 table spoon oil for sauting
oil for frying

Soft Spice

6 onions
3 garlics
2 big red chili + 1 cm galangale

How Tos & Summary

Cooking Steps

1. Fry soybean curd until skinny
2. Saute soft spice and orange leaf until fragrant. Put tomato. Stir until withered. Add soybean curd.Stir regularly
3. Add tauco and sweet soy sauce.Stir regularly, add water. Stir it then add onion stem and acid water, stir regularly

 

 

Summary

If you prefer sweet taste , use sweet tauco
