1/2 leek , mince softly
75 g mill chicken
2 table spoon medium flour
250 ml liquid milk + 100 g beans
75 g grated cheddar
1/4 tea spoon chicken broth powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tea spoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon margarine for sauting

Dipping Ingredients

3 egg , shake free
125 g soft bread flour

Cooking Steps

1. Make skin with the same method
2. Content : Saute leek until fragrant. Add mill chicken. Stir until the color is change. add flour. Stir until granulous
3. Pour milk little by little while stirred until slick
4. Add chicken broth powder, salt , pepper powder, and nutmeg powder. Stir regularly. Add grated cheddar and beans. Cook until thick . lift it
5. Take a piece of skin. Give the content. Fold and roll it
6. Dip into egg. Roll it into soft bread flour
7. Fry into heated oil until cooked

Tips

  • Choose Ripe Tomato with red color flatens in all parts. If held, the tomato still hard enough, not too soft. To peel it,  slice traverses the point and soak in hot boiled water for a moment until get peeled off. Lift and peel tomato's cuticle then thin slice.
