Special soybean curd recipe with green bell pep from chinese , very nutritious and perfect for diet and vegetarian

Ingredients

1 ( 225 g ) Chinese soybean curd, cut 4x2x1 1/2 cm , Fry
50 g shrimp
3 garlics , mince softly
1/2 leek, cut 2x2 cm
1 green bel pep, cut 2x2 cm
1 table spoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoon of tomato sauce
2 tes spoon fish soy sauce
200 ml water
1 teaspoon corn flour and 1 tabel spoon water , dissolve it for coagulator
1 tablespoon oil for sauting

Cooking Steps

1. Saute garlics and leek until fragrant
2. Add shrimp, stir until the color is change. Add green bel pep, stir until withered
3. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, fish soy sauce and soybean curd. Stir regularly. Pour water, boil it, thicken it with corn flour solvent. Cook until popping
 

 

Summary

Don't fry soybean curd too crusty so it will not harden
