Description

Cheese Cake with strawberry and buttercream which have powerful temptation power to make everybody eat it

Ingredients

Cake Ingredients

200 g tasteless butter
160 g sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt + 100 ml liquid milk
5 Cheese slice, cut it
4 eggs
175 g medium protein flour
25 g corn flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Filling Ingredients

200 g strawberry , cut into halves
250 ml water + 100 g strawberry jam
4 drops chilli dye
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon corn flour and 2 tablespoon water,dissolve it
150 g buttercream for smearing
1/2 teaspoon lemon water

Cooking Steps

1. Cake: Shake tasteless butter, sugar, and salt until soft , separate it
2. Heat liquid milk, add cheese slice piece until the cheese dissolve
3. Pour into butter shaking. Shake regularly. Add egg one by one while shaken regularly
4. Add flour , corn flour, and baking powder while sifted and shaken regularly
5. Pour into brass with diameter 20 cm and height 4 cm which has been smeared by margarine and
covered by bread paper . Put into oven for 30 minutes with 180 celcius degree
6. Cut cake into halves
7. Filling : heat water , strawberry jame, chilli dye, sugar while stirred until sugar dissolve
add Strawberry , Stir until withered. Make it thick with corn flour. Cook until popping, Add
lemon water , stir regularly
8. Smear half part of filling into middle of cake, close with remaining cake. Smear the top with
buttercream. Pour remaining filling

 

Summary

Cut cake while cold to make cake stick perfectly
